Looks good but the Tattoo doesn't look like a tattoo. They are brighter.

Its nice, i think the image needs some depth and the border looks bad.
anyway on to the painting itself hair is awesome, skin is good, that ring in his lip is nice also - (the shadows and highlights)
things i don't like, his ear, i don't know why, but it looks pixelated, that continues too his neck. also the cyan on his ear looks out of place. The tattoo, just doesn't look like its part of the image - it looks just stuck on there and unreal.

Looks decent as a painting i like it (just like Mercy said, tatto is a little off) but as a character...Damn that guy looks ugly
