haha yeah that was the funniest part of the episode.

4/5 too much recap (again) and I also thought Luffy's CoC sounded weird compared to when Rayleigh did it etc

Ray's and Luffy's CoC have different sounds, but Luffy's always had this sound. Nice episode, made me laugh in some parts, and Luffy's CoC was awesome

Bah i was hoping for more, too much recap, but its the anime and i lost respect for it ages ago haha. Next week we'll get to see some awesome new techniques

I gave it 4 stars, but only because of how well the anime handled Luffy's haki moment. There were too many flashbacks and too much stalling for my liking. Hope the fighting in the next few episodes doesn't become so dragged out.

The chapter itself was half flashback, but the episode still felt frustratingly slow and looked like crap. I did enjoy Luffy's speech, the haki scene and the music choices in general. Damn it, they're 38 chapters behind the manga, a few 2 ch. episodes wouldn't hurt anything.
