Does this include things like if someone was to ask "whats a good site to watch ____ on?" Would we be allowed to give them a link to something like that if its something non OP or Naruto related?

This has never been an issue before and Rayleigh, Mercy, Xanxus have been posting new chapters with links(general manga/anime section) for god knows how long. Why is it suddenly a problem?

Seems like a totally useless rule. It's not like we are going to lose people by posting mangastream links to a new fairy tail chapter.

It seems kind of hypocritical because NB/OPB gets their chapters from mangareader/mangastream/mangateers.

Edit : I have heard something about NB/OPB scanlation/translation project. Is that why you are so strict about it?

What's the difference between me and Rayleigh posting the same link? And I just mentioned those three to note that even mods were doing this all the time and this have never been a problem with regular members.

I think it's because NB/OPB are planning to scanlate and translate new chapters on their own now so obviosly they don't want to lose visitors to other manga/anime sites.

I don't know why this is such a difficult thing to understand. Just don't do it, bottom line.
As to your other remarks about the scanlarion/translation. Idk where you are getting your info from but you should not spread rumors such as those especially without proof
If you want to share links to other things then do it off of the site so that the site isn't liable and on the hook for illegal activities.
